Welcome to the website of Advanced Legal Documents, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of this website and our legal document preparation services. By accessing this website or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Advanced Legal Documents, LLC is a Florida legal document preparation service. We prepare legal documents solely from the information and instructions provided by our clients.
We are not a law firm, do not practice law, and do not provide legal advice, legal opinions, legal strategy, or legal representation. If your matter requires legal advice or representation, you should consult a licensed Florida attorney.
Our services are intended for individuals who choose to represent themselves (pro se) or who need professional assistance with the preparation of legal documents.
Clients are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and truthful information necessary to prepare requested legal documents.
Clients are solely responsible for reviewing all completed documents before signing, filing, recording, or using them. Advanced Legal Documents, LLC is not responsible for errors, delays, rejected filings, or adverse outcomes resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or omitted information provided by a client.
Use of this website, communicating with Advanced Legal Documents, LLC, or purchasing our services does not create an attorney-client relationship.
Our services are limited to legal document preparation and administrative assistance. We do not provide legal advice, represent clients in court, negotiate on behalf of clients, or communicate with opposing parties on a client’s behalf.
Our fees are for legal document preparation services only unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Court filing fees, recording fees, governmental fees, postage, courier services, certified mail, and other third-party expenses are not included unless specifically stated.
Payment is due as agreed when services are requested. Work may not begin until payment arrangements have been made.
Because our services involve the preparation of customized legal documents, work generally begins shortly after your request is accepted. Once work has begun, fees paid for document preparation are generally non-refundable.
If Advanced Legal Documents, LLC determines that a refund or partial refund is appropriate under the circumstances, it may be issued at the Company’s sole discretion.
Estimated completion times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. Completion times may vary based on the complexity of the matter, client responsiveness, requested revisions, workload, holidays, court closures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients are responsible for filing or recording their own documents.
When filing services are offered, they are provided as a separate service and may be subject to additional fees.
Advanced Legal Documents, LLC cannot guarantee that any document will be accepted by a court, Clerk of Court, governmental agency, recording office, or other authority.
